| We hired Finney Fence to replace a new fence built by another contractor that was already falling over after one winter storm. Dave Finney understood the problem and built a new fence with concrete footings that met City of San Diego building requirements. The new fence was built within a week with no delays. Unlike the previous contractor's fence, Dave's fence was level and the boards vertical with a nice lattice top. I chose Finney Fence initially because they were local here in Peñasquitos and because Dave does the work himself, not some laborer hired along the roadside. He is licensed, bonded and recommended by the Better Business Bureau. We were so happy with Finney Fence that we also hired him for second fence with concrete block and wood at a rental home in Encinitas.
